Day 1 - 30 Days of Gratitude Challenge : What Are You Grateful For Today?

Hi everyone! Not sure who will be following me along this challenge but today is the first day that I will be posting daily blog posts on gratitude. Each day when I do an entry, I will be using journal prompts that I will be taking from this Pinterest image.

This 30 day challenge aims to help me stay accountable to practice gratitude and to show you how amazing it is! I really believe gratitude is something that should be a daily practice because it helps you focus on what we have instead of what we don’t have. In the past, I’ve noticed it brings more joy into my life when I appreciate what I have already.

So here’s my first entry!

Today I’m grateful for:

  • Being able to attend a barre class after more than 6 months of not attending

  • My thongs broke! You might call them flip fops, but I’m Aussie! So I was thankful that I had money to buy a new pair today!

  • Checking in with my mum. I’m glad we can communicate over the phone to see how we are! I appreciate my mum and she has really helped me get through the recent holiday season which was quite rough for me

  • Being able to live in Sydney and experience beautiful weather (lately its been a little crazy but look at the photo I took above, this was on Friday arvo!)
