5 Essentials for Your Carry On (Flight Essentials)

If your like me and like to be organised then you probably want to make sure you pack all your essentials for a flight on your next trip! 5 Essentials for Your Carry On (Flight Essentials)

For me personally I like to be a light traveller..but that is never the case! Whenever I do travel I always need these 5 essentials for my carry on bag:

1. Lip balm

I'm a lip balm addict and I can't live without it. If I was stuck on an island I'd make sure I have lip balm! Some of my favourites include Carmex and Lanolips. These are the only two brands that I've stuck by for the last 5 years. On a flight every one knows, your skin gets dry quickly due to the lack of moisture in the air.

2. Facial Spray

Not that every one will agree, but have a small bottle of facial spray can really help your skin replenish and keep hydrated during a flight. Just like lip balm, you need to keep moisture in the skin. Some of my favourites include the Sukin Hydrating Mist and the Enbacci Vitis Vinifera Rejuvenating Essence Spray*.

3. Music

Yeah this ain't no brainer, I tend to get bored of staring at a screen and watching movies. If you're like me, listening to your own music can soothe you and help you relax. I tend to listen to music just before I want to nap/sleep on the plane. It's a great idea to download your music offline if you have Spotify Premium.

4. Medication

Always having paracetamol or ibuprofen is a good idea, especially if your on a very long haul flight and get a headache. Nothing worse than feeling like you can't go anywhere. Pack some so your safe from feeling like death!

5. A good read

Whether your preference is trash magazines or a great novel, having some down time and reading a good book is a great way to relax on a flight.
